20TH ANNUAL CANDLELIGHT VIGIL
Thursday, October 2, 2008, Somerset County Courthouse
Our 20th annual candlelight vigil provides a platform for the community to participate in an exchange about domestic abuse. In this powerful ceremony, attendees gather outside the courthouse chapel with candles to show solidarity in the fight against domestic abuse.

Our twilight walk follows our vigil as a community event to raise awareness, raise much needed funds and to participate in a wonderful walk through a beautiful park along luminary lined paths. Participate by registering to walk and raise funds.

A STARRY NIGHT - Black-Tie Gala

Our premier event. The evening includes a cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions and a grand prize raffle drawing. We are looking for volunteer help for each aspect of the event and there are volunteer opportunities for everyone including junior volunteers.
ANNUAL CLIENT HOLIDAY GIFT DRIVE
August through December 2008
Our Client Holiday Gift Drive is a wonderful way to provide our client families with much needed items and holiday cheer. You can organize a holiday gift drive at your place of work; "Adopt a Family" and fulfill the specific holiday requests of a family or families; or volunteer at the holiday store where gifts are displayed for our clients to "shop" free of charge for themselves and their children.
VOLUNTEER DRIVES
Paper, Household Needs and Toiletry Drive, Meals in a Basket and Pantry Drive, Backpack Drive, Cellphone Collection, Easter Meals, Mothers Day and Shelter Shower.
Throughout the year, our volunteers collect donations of items that help to improve the quality of life of our victims who suffer economic hardships that often a part of abusive relationships. View the current RCWTF Drives & Collections ![]()
